Flash Tab Menu

Now with the knowledge that you have from the previous tutorials you can make (with a little more pain) the following tab menu. You will need about 3 hours (If I remember well 3 hours I had needed for that). It is more difficult than the other tutorials but you will learn much pretty and better Stuff to do with flash.

It’s the basic platform for a site (My first site was from that tutorial) and you will learn actions that you will use them a lot. So get the link and have fun….

Motion Guide

the last easy tutorial in flash....

First of all create a new document in AS 2.0 at 24 fps in 550x400, draw a rectangle at 30x30 pixels

and converted (F8) into a movie clip.

name it if you want in rectangle_mc

Go to time line on your layer1 press right click and select Add motion guide (in CS3) or Add classic motion guide in (CS4)

now in your Guide Layer

draw a line with the pencil tool (Y)

add frames until the frame 60 (f5) after that go to the layer 1 and add a key (f6) frame in frame 60.

go someware between the frames 1-60 press right click and choose create classic motion tween (CS4) or motion tween (CS3)

Go again to frame 1 and drag your rectangle mc to the beginning of your line

after that go to frame 60 and drag your rectangle at the end of the line

press CTRL+enter to see your movie...

Freshener Flash lesson (Before the tall order)

Before we start the Difficult Flash lessons I’ll give you an freshener flash movie. To make you more homey with Flash. The following notes are for your help to make it like this.

The main stage is 300*200 at 25FPS

Make a rectangle 25*25 in black color, every 10 frames put it in a different position and create a blue button with 100*20 (align it with Ctrl+K, to the stage like bellow):

And write the action to make it move…
